Ravi Teja plays the title character opposite Divyansha Kaushik, Rajisha Vijayan, Chaitanya Krishna, and Venu Thottempudi in this film, which is produced by SLV Cinemas and RT Team Works. “Ramarao On Duty loses an excellent chance to blend the masala tone we appreciate in Telugu films with a category, and ends up disappointing us on both fronts,” observed Ram Venkat Srikar of the Cinema Express in his review of the movie with a 2.5 out of 5 star rating.[19] “The forest zone and a plot surrounding red sandalwood smuggling may remind viewers of Pushpa: The Rise, but this film just doesn’t possess that chutzpah,” Sangeetha Devi Dundoo wrote in an article for The Hindu. Additionally, it is not as content-driven as the producers would have you believe.
