The movie, which stars Nikhil Siddhartha, Anupama Parameswaran, and Anupam Kher, is a sequel to Karthikeya from 2014. Abhishek Agarwal[8] and T. G. Viswa Prasad are the producers. After visiting a library in Greece, professor and archaeologist Ranganath Rao learns from a book by Ptolemy that Shri Krishna gave his friend and counselor Uddhava his anklet, which contains all the solutions to the deadly problems that people will face in the upcoming Kali Yuga, before the end of the Dvapara Yuga.
Karthikeya “Karthik,” a doctor in Hyderabad who adheres to science and rationality, was suspended for assaulting a mayor who was trying to perform a yagna in the intensive care unit for his kid. His father suffers a leg fracture at the same time that an ox runs over the Tulasi plant in front of their home. Karthik’s mother believes that her family is being punished for not being able to fulfill a pledge made to Shri Krishna a few years ago in light of all the unlucky incidents. Karthik then drives her to his uncle Sadananda’s home in Dwarka, who is a fervent follower of Shri Krishna. A critically wounded Ranganath Rao tries to tell Karthik something one night after they cross paths.
Karthik is unable to locate Rao when he returns from going to get an auto rickshaw to take him to the hospital. Karthik searches for his mother with his uncle after she goes missing the next day. Police detain him, suspect him of murder, and inquire about what Rao had told him. The Police don’t trust Karthik when he claims that he was unable to understand what he was saying. Karthik is saved from the police’s custody by a girl named Mugdha, who turns out to be Rao’s granddaughter. Unknown man attacks Karthik but backs off when he sees the Shri Krishna statue.
When Karthik, Mugdha, and Sadananda inquire about the man with a sage, they discover that he is a member of the clan of the Abheeras, an exiled group that practiced dacoity yet worshiped Shri Krishna. They wouldn’t allow the individuals to live who attempted to cause trouble with Krishna’s possessions. Karthik locates his mother and, driven to unravel the mystery, counsels her to take refuge at an 11-day Pravachan. When they get to Rao’s office in Bet Dwarka, they read a note he wrote. Rao discovered that Uddhava had hidden the anklet and given hints for finding it since the right person was meant to obtain it.
Many individuals had searched for the anklet for centuries in vain. Suryavarman, king of the Pallavas, came the closest and shared the last clue with Ptolemy, who buried the item and hint in Krishna Thatakam, which Rao was attempting to say when he ran into Karthik. Professor Santanu, who is looking for the anklet, kills Rao with malice in mind and was the one behind Karthik’s detention. They arrive at Govardhan Hill after Karthik discovers a peacock-shaped artefact in Krishna Thatakam and Mugdha deciphers the Sanskrit writing on it. The group pays Suleman to drive them to Govardhana Hill in Mathura so they won’t be apprehended by the police.
When they get there, the villagers capture them because they are eager to get their hands on the prize money that Santanu had promised Karthik and Mugdha. They are successful in persuading the locals of their goals, and they then ascend the hill to locate an entryway, which they unlock using the object shaped like a peacock and take a telescope out of.
The following morning, Mugdha leaves Karthik, Sadananda, and Suleman behind after taking the telescope. The trio is captured by Santanu, who then abandons them to perish in the desert. Mugdha, however, finds them and saves them, confessing that she had asked her friend for information about a person who could assist them in solving the mystery. The four of them travel to Himachal Pradesh together where they meet Dr. Dhanvantari, a blind philosopher who explains that Rao and Santanu belonged to a secret group that thought that ancient India had far more advanced technology than the modern world. Rao opposed when Santanu suggested using the anklet for personal gain.
The entrance to the underground snake-filled passageway, which guards the anklet, is thus opened. To get the anklet, Karthik utilizes his ability to speak snake to gain national notoriety. Then, inspired by his success, Santanu extends an invitation to Karthik to join their clandestine organization, but Karthik declines and departs. Later, Abheeras turns himself in to Karthik while brutally killing Santanu.
Karthik then sets off on a new journey to discover the connection between Krishna and the deep seas of the Atlantic Ocean.
