The third film in the Cars series and the follow-up to Cars 2 (2011) was directed by Brian Fee (in his directorial debut), produced by Kevin Reher and Andrea Warren, and based on a screenplay by Kiel Murray, Bob Peterson, and Mike Rich. Cars 3 Review

I’m honestly surprised by how poorly this movie is rated. It was, in my opinion, both the best Cars movie and a generally good movie. It follows Lightning McQueen in a very different role—that of an old celebrity who is out of date—in this film. It is dramatic, engaging, and devastating. I had no idea that I could be both so hopeful and so remorseful for such a failure.

Much great than I anticipated. This was a really fantastic return to form for the Cars franchise after being little underwhelmed by Cars 2. However, in my opinion, it could have been lot better. Many of the sequences were unnecessary and, once more, lacked the first one’s appeal.

However, it still manages to find its path and turn out to be a strong follow-up and a satisfying trilogy finale. Was that, however, really the end? They could probably do another, but they simply don’t have enough money. Hopefully the fourth will just utterly astound everyone. Other than that, there isn’t much else I can add; it’s rather forgettable but still humorous and enjoyable.

Cars 3 is at least more on par with the caliber of the first, even though another sequel to the film was still unnecessary. The plot has a lot more complexity than Cars 2 because to a stronger emphasis on Lightning McQueen and his internal conflict. Even if the tale isn’t particularly original, it is conveyed well and is entertaining to see.
