Travis Maddox works as the ultimate college campus rake during the day and spars in illegal boxing contests at night. Travis makes her a straightforward wager: if he loses his next battle, he must refrain from having sex for a month. He is intrigued by a freshman’s resistance to his charm. She is required to reside in his flat for the same period of time if he prevails.
In BEAUTIFUL DISASTER, Abby Abernathy (Virginia Gardner) and her closest friend, America (Libe Barer), enroll at the same college. Shepley Maddox (Austin North), America’s committed boyfriend, invites the two of them to an underground MMA-style battle featuring Shep’s cousin and roommate, Travis (Dylan Sprouse). Travis and Abby spend a brief time together during the fight, but Abby isn’t interested in a “bad boy” as she’s attempting to get away from her unreliable, gambler father and move toward a more conventional future. Travis challenges Abby to a wager: She has to settle in with him for 30 days if he defeats a much larger opponent without being hit once. Additionally, if he eliminates he must practice celibacy for 30 days.
Even though they share a bed (with a wall of pillows between them), Abby grudgingly agrees to fulfill her end of the bargain once Travis prevails. But as the month goes on, Abby and Travis realize they share more than just physical desire.

Beautiful Disaster Movie Review
Parents should be aware that Beautiful Disaster is a romantic drama based on Jamie McGuire’s opposites-attract novel. Abby (Virginia Gardner), a first-year college student, is the focus of the narrative. She is uninterested in “bad boys” until she makes a wager with underground fighter Travis (Dylan Sprouse) that compel her to live with him for a month. Be prepared for numerous provocative references, frequent coarse language (such as “f–k,” “s–t,” “a–hole,” and “bitch,” among other things), and several intense kissing and sexual encounters. There are at least three love scenes, a glimpse into a drawer with adult toys, and a passing mention of a couple’s role-playing in costume.
The show also has a number of bloody underground MMA fight scenes and ominous shots of armed Las Vegas bad guys openly threatening the protagonist. The fundamental love narrative has some dubious, unhealthy conduct, such as intense jealously and possessiveness, despite reminders about the value of honesty between lovers as well as between parents and children.
